The idea behind this job was to showcase the type of content that was discussed on the day.
This enabled the events and sales team to use the video as a promotional piece for sponsors and attendees the following year
The video was shot using a Panasonic AG-HVX200 and edited in Final Cut Pro.
We recorded a number of the presentations while they were happening and then conducted voxpops with the attendees during the coffee breaks.
Additionally we recorded some B-Roll on the day of the registration process, the venue, networking and the refreshments.
Once back in the edit suite we compiled the footage together and used copyright free music to help give energy to the final output.
