AREF wanted to capture an event that they were hosting at Schroders new office into city. This meant that members could still see what happened even if they missed the event. In conjunction with this they were keen to help promote the association of real estate funds on social media and attract new members.
To do this we recorded the event in its entirety using 2x Canon Broadcast cameras and a 3x man crew. Once the event was over we interviewed each of the speakers who had spoken at the event to create a promo for twitter.
The conference footage was vision mixed showing two camera angles and inserting slides into the video where referenced. Once the conference edit was complete we used the voxpop interviews as narrative, some conference footage, B-roll from the event and a series of time-lapse shots mixed with some licensed music to create the promo
